A refined identity for a commercial & residential real estate group.

Omega Trove partnered with SLA Realty Group, a commercial and residential real estate brokerage, to build a complete brand identity from the ground up.
We designed the full system — an architectural “SLA” monogram built from the S, L, and A letterforms into the silhouette of a building, a rich maroon-and-gold palette, and a Playfair Display / Inter type pairing — translating trust, permanence, and prestige into one confident visual language.
The identity carries across business cards, presentation folders, brand flags, illuminated and circular signage, a billboard, and a client-focused website built around “Don’t search. Talk to Lina.” — turning listings into relationships.
From the letter-construction grid to the storefront sign, SLA Realty Group now looks the part it plays — a modern, high-trust real estate brand for Central Florida buyers and sellers.

SLA Realty Group is a Central Florida real estate operation that covers both commercial and residential deals. The owner came to us after a bad experience with an offshore build: the previous engagement had been outsourced to India, and what came back was a site that didn't reflect the business, didn't perform, and didn't give clients any reason to trust the brand behind it. In real estate, especially commercial, the digital surface is often the first credibility check a prospect runs before they'll take a meeting. A weak site actively costs the business deals it would otherwise close on relationship strength alone. The mandate was a full rescue rebrand: new identity, new site, and eventually an AI layer that could carry client conversations about listings without waiting for a human to be available.

We treated this as a rescue engagement, which means the first move was to throw out the old work rather than try to patch it. Then we ran the full brand identity build from scratch: an architectural "SLA" monogram constructed from the S, L, and A letterforms into the silhouette of a building, a maroon-and-gold palette for trust and prestige, and a Playfair Display and Inter type pairing that reads as considered rather than corporate. The website followed, built around "Don't search. Talk to Lina." which points prospects at the human relationship instead of another cold listing search. The AI listing assistant is being built in parallel: trained on the actual inventory, capable of holding a real conversation about a property with a client in the middle of the night, and designed to hand off to the human agent at exactly the right moment.

The identity system is live: monogram, letter-construction grid, color palette, typography, business cards, presentation folders, brand flags, signage, and a billboard. The website is live at slarealtygroup.com, built around the “Don’t search. Talk to Lina.” positioning. The AI listing assistant is trained on the current inventory and answering prospect questions in real time — a property inquiry outside of business hours gets a specific answer about that specific listing instead of a generic form response. On-page SEO is shipped and the entity signals are structured to compete for the commercial-and-residential Central Florida queries the business needs to win.

The talkative AI trained on the actual listings is the distinctive piece. Most real estate sites bolt a generic chat widget onto the corner of the page, and it can answer nothing specific. SLA's AI is trained on the current inventory, so it can talk about a specific property, its features, its history, and its price band the same way a junior agent could. It's built to be conversational rather than transactional, which matches how commercial and residential buyers actually engage before they commit. The AI reinforces the "Talk to Lina" positioning rather than undercutting it: the assistant carries the after-hours conversation, and the human agent takes the meeting.

The brand system, the website, the AI listing assistant, and the on-page SEO are all shipped and live. The site at slarealtygroup.com is the front door the business shows up behind in every context — from listing inquiries to referral introductions. The offshore-built predecessor is retired. The AI assistant answers property questions using the current inventory, so a prospect asking about a listing outside of business hours gets a real answer about that specific listing instead of a generic form response. The identity is doing what it was built to do: signal a serious brokerage, not a template.
