Orlando SEO & web design pricing.
Every number, on the table.

Most agencies make you sit through a call to find out if they're in your range. Here is the whole price list — and what every Orlando agency that publishes theirs charges for the same work.

Quick answer: In Orlando, a full website package runs $2,000–3,000 as a one-time build you own, and monthly SEO covering Google, the map pack and the AI answer engines runs $750–1,000. Below roughly $500 a month, nobody is doing real SEO. Every number on this page is published — no call required.

One-time packages

Build it once. Own it forever.

Our price, everything inside it, and what an Orlando agency charges for the same scope.

A full website package is $2,000–3,000 and you own it outright. Programmatic SEO pages are $1,500–2,000 for 100–200 pages. Citations and press releases are $750–1,000 each as one-time campaigns. An online store is $2,500–6,000 depending on catalogue size and whether SEO is built in.

Website package

$2,000–3,000

Brand and site together, because launching a site on an identity that isn't finished means paying twice.

  • Branding strategy
  • Identity revamp or new logo
  • Colours and typography
  • Business card design
  • Email signature design
  • Social media covers
  • 10+ page website
  • Two languages
  • On-page SEO on every page
  • Technical SEO on every page
An Orlando agency charges
$2,500–8,000 for the website alone — then $800–3,000+ again for the logo and identity, quoted separately. Ocasio Consulting, Orlando · published rates, read 2026-08-23

Programmatic SEO pages

$1,500–2,000

One page per service, per town, built to a template that is structured for both Google and the AI engines.

  • 100–200 pages built
  • Service-area page per town
  • Landing page per service
  • A blog system you keep publishing into
  • Structured for local SEO
  • Structured for AI answer engines

Citations campaign

$750–1,000 one time

Your name, address and phone identical everywhere Google checks — and every listing confirmed live, not submitted and assumed.

  • Core and niche directories
  • NAP identical on every one
  • Every listing verified live
  • The live URLs handed to you
Why not the $249 automated tool
Automated submitters are cheap because they only do the easy third. In a controlled run, eight major directories refused the submission while still reporting success — zero live listings created. Measured 2026-08-10 · Yelp, YellowPages, Manta, HotFrog, Cylex, Superpages, Trustpilot, Angi

Press release campaign

$750–1,000 one time

Written by someone who understands the business, angled to get picked up rather than merely posted.

  • The release written properly
  • Distribution to the wires
  • Angle and timing chosen for pickup
  • Trust signals your AI visibility inherits
What a $99 wire actually buys
Distribution. Only distribution. It does not buy anyone writing a release worth distributing — and an unread release is the same as no release.

Online store

$2,500–6,000

Priced on what actually drives the work: how many products, and whether search visibility is built in from day one.

  • Full e-commerce build
  • Payments and checkout
  • Catalogue setup
  • Scales with product count
  • SEO built in, or added later

Back ends & automation

Custom quoted to the job

Built around how your business actually runs — which is why there is no number here.

  • AI employees for intake and follow-up
  • Workflow automation
  • Custom back ends
  • Quoted after we understand the problem
Why this one has no price
Because anyone who gives you a number before asking how your business works is guessing. This is the only line on the page without a price, and that is deliberate.

The comparison

How much does a website really cost in Orlando?

Every bar below is that agency's own published number, read from their own page on 23 August 2026.

An Orlando agency charges $2,500–8,000 for a website build. The two cheapest-looking offers are subscriptions — $355 and $249 a month — which reach $12,780 and $8,964 over three years and the client never owns the site. Our package is $2,000–3,000 once, and it is theirs.

Monthly programs

What does monthly SEO cost in Central Florida?

Two different jobs, priced as two different things — because calling them both “SEO” is how agencies overcharge for one and underdeliver on the other.

Presence is $350–500 a month — Google Business Profile posts, review handling, 8 social posts and site upkeep. SEO is $750–1,000 a month and covers all three surfaces: traditional Google ranking, local map-pack visibility, and being named by the AI answer engines. Paid ads are 15% of spend, minimum $500.

Presence

$350–500 / month

Keeping a finished business visible and answered. This is upkeep, not a ranking campaign — and we name it honestly rather than selling it as SEO.

  • Google Business Profile posts
  • Review handling and replies
  • 8 static social posts a month
  • Website upkeep, minor changes
An Orlando agency charges
$800–2,000 a month for social alone. Google Business Profile management is a separate line again, typically $125–475. Ocasio Consulting “Social Media Only”, read 2026-08-23

SEO — all three pillars

$750–1,000+ / month

Most agencies sell “SEO” meaning Google rankings. Buyers now start in three different places, so we work all three and report on all three.

  • Traditional — ranking on Google
  • Local — the map pack in your towns
  • AI visibility — named by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers
  • One scoreboard, re-measured monthly

$795/mo and $1,000–3,000/mo — and almost none of it includes the AI engines at all. REK Marketing “Starter” · Ocasio “SEO Only”, read 2026-08-23

Paid ads management

15% of spend · $500/mo min

Ad spend goes to the platform, not to us. We report cost per lead, not impressions.

  • Google Ads management
  • Meta Ads management
  • Ad spend billed by the platform
  • Cost per lead reported monthly
An Orlando agency charges
20% of spend, same $500 minimum. Identical structure, identical minimum — we are a quarter cheaper on the rate. Ocasio Consulting “Google Ads Management”, read 2026-08-23

Consulting

$75–200 / hour

For one defined question with an end: an audit, a second opinion on someone else's proposal, training your in-house marketer.

  • Technical audits
  • Second opinion on a proposal
  • In-house team training
  • Not for ongoing ranking work

Apples with apples

We compare ourselves to Orlando agencies. Because that's what we are.

You can get a logo for $50 on Fiverr and a website for $300 from someone eight time zones away. That is a different product with a different failure rate, and comparing ourselves to it would flatter us dishonestly.

Every number on this page is measured against agencies with a Central Florida address, a team, and a phone number that gets answered.

Three Orlando agencies publish their prices. We checked all three, and we are the lowest on every comparable line. Most agencies here publish nothing at all — which is its own kind of answer.

$500

Below roughly this a month, nobody is doing real SEO.

At $75–150 an hour for competent work, a $300 package buys two to four hours a month. That is not enough time to research, write, build and measure anything — so what you are usually buying is an automated report and a handful of directory submissions.

We publish that on our own pricing page because somebody is going to quote you $299 a month this week. It is also why our SEO starts at $750, and why our $350 tier is honestly called Presence rather than SEO.

Where you land in a range

What decides your number?

Four things. None of them is how much we think you can pay.

01

Your market

Winning three small towns is a fraction of the work of fighting for downtown Orlando. Those should not be the same invoice.

02

Your competition

If the businesses above you have published for six years, catching them takes months. We tell you which situation you are in during the audit.

03

The shape your site is in

A fast, well-built site is a foundation. A slow one on an old platform means the first weeks go to repair before anything can rank.

04

How fast you need it

SEO moves in four to eight weeks, longer in a contested market. Compressing that means more hours per month, not a shortcut.

Questions

Pricing questions, answered

Why do you publish prices when almost no agency does?

Because vague pricing exists so an agency can quote what it thinks you can pay. We would rather you knew before the first call whether we are in your range.

There is a second reason. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google what a Central Florida agency charges, an agency with no published prices has nothing to be found. Silence does not protect a margin — it removes you from the comparison entirely.

Are you really the most affordable agency in Orlando?

Of every Orlando agency that publishes its prices, yes — on every comparable service. We checked REK Marketing, Ocasio Consulting and SEOteric on 23 August 2026 and cited each figure on this page so you can verify it yourself.

We cannot make the claim about agencies that publish nothing, because nobody can. That is exactly why we publish.

How much does a website cost in Orlando?

Orlando agencies publish $2,500 to $8,000 for a website build, and freelancers run $1,800 to $5,500. Our full package is $2,000 to $3,000 and includes branding, identity, business cards, email signature, social covers, a 10+ page bilingual site and SEO on every page.

Is the range real, or does everyone end up at the top of it?

It is real. We scope from an audit and quote the work in front of us — a recent website and Google Business Profile build came in at $2,000 against a range that goes to $3,000, because that was the job.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

Monthly programs are month to month after the first ninety days. We ask for ninety because SEO does not show movement faster than that, and judging it at week three is not fair to either of us. Packages are fixed-scope and end when they are done.

What happens if it does not work?

We guarantee the work, not an outcome, and we say so in writing rather than in the small print. Anyone guaranteeing you a number-one ranking is either misunderstanding how Google works or counting on you not to check.

What you do get is a scoreboard with the same numbers re-measured every month, so “is this working” is a question with an answer instead of an argument.

Can I buy one thing instead of a package?

Yes. Everything in the one-time list is genuinely standalone. Plenty of clients buy a citations campaign or a website and never buy anything else, and that is a fine outcome.

Get the number for your business.

Thirty minutes, free. We show you where you rank today across Google, the map pack and the AI answer engines — and what it would actually cost to move it.
