What we did

Omega Trove partnered with RetroRides Florida, a Sanford classic-car dealership that buys, sells, and restores vintage rides, to build a complete brand identity from the ground up.

We crafted the full system — a chrome-script “RetroRides Florida” badge with a compass emblem, a Night Black and Florida Blue palette, and a suite of branded collateral — channeling mid-century Americana into a clean, modern identity.

The full brand story

The brand runs on one promise: “Built on Legacy. Driven by Passion.” — carried across business cards, branded apparel, lanyards, billboards, showroom signage, and a dark, cinematic website built to showcase inventory and consignments.

From the showroom wall to the brand film, RetroRides Florida now looks the part it plays — where faded memories return as flawless chrome and the past comes roaring back to life.

RetroRides Florida is a Sanford classic-car dealership that buys, sells, and restores vintage vehicles. The business has real inventory, a real showroom, and real expertise. What it didn't have was search visibility, even in its own home city. When someone in Sanford or the surrounding Central Florida market searched for a classic-car dealer, the results were dominated by the large corporate players operating in the same category. RetroRides was invisible in the exact market where the physical showroom sits. That's the worst kind of SEO gap: you're paying rent in a market where the search results pretend you don't exist. The owner also had an existing logo that had potential but needed refinement before it could carry the rest of the brand system.

We started with the logo, because everything downstream inherits from it. Rather than start from scratch, we refined the existing mark into a chrome-script badge with a compass emblem: legible, recognisable, and built to sit on a showroom wall, a lanyard, or a video overlay without losing character. From there the brand system extended out: a Night Black and Florida Blue palette that reads as vintage Americana without falling into pastiche, and a typographic voice that respects the era the cars come from. Then the website: dark, cinematic, built around inventory and consignment surfaces, structured for prospects who want to browse before they call. On SEO, we built the site to compete for the exact queries the big corporate players own: classic cars in Sanford, vintage cars Central Florida, and the model-specific queries collectors actually type.

The site itself is built as a showcase surface for the inventory and consignment operation, with a dark cinematic treatment that matches the emotional register of the category rather than fighting it with generic dealership white. Classic-car buyers respond to a different visual language than late-model shoppers, and the site respects that. The SEO buildout ran alongside the site launch: technical hygiene, on-page optimisation for the local and category queries the business needed to compete for, structured data for vehicle listings so each car in inventory reads as a first-class entity to search engines, and content that positions the dealership as the classic-car authority in Central Florida rather than one more listing on a national aggregator. The brand promise "Built on Legacy. Driven by Passion." carries through every asset, from the compass emblem on a lanyard to the credit under the brand film.

The signature call on this one was refining the existing mark instead of throwing it away. Most identity engagements default to a clean-slate rebuild because it's easier to sell to the client and easier to execute in the studio. But the RetroRides mark had a piece of character worth keeping, so we refined the chrome script, added the compass emblem, and tightened the letter forms until it could carry a full brand system without shouting or apologising for itself. That respect for what the client already had, and the discipline to fix it rather than replace it, is what let the identity feel earned rather than imposed. It also meant the owner recognised the mark on day one instead of feeling like he'd been handed someone else's business to run.

RetroRides is now visible across Central Florida for the exact category queries the business needs, competing directly with the large corporate classic-car sellers operating in the same scope. Owner framing on the competitive position: known as the big brands and the big corporate selling in the same scope. That's the outcome that matters. A small-team classic-car dealership in Sanford now shows up in the same search results as national operators with ten times the marketing budget, because the site, the identity, and the search work are all doing their jobs together. The site and identity are live, the SEO position is real, and the business now shows up in its own home market instead of being invisible in Sanford. Ongoing content and inventory work continues to compound the position.
