What they had at the start was a website their own customers were openly complaining about. In recruiting, that's a killing wound. When a Honda or Samsung engineering lead is deciding whether to trust a staffing partner with a role that costs six figures to hire for, they open the site first. If it looks like it was thrown together in a weekend, the conversation is over before it starts. The firm was closing business on relationships and reputation, but the digital front door was actively undoing work the sales team had already done.

We ran a discovery phase to pull out what actually differentiates LH: speed without shortcuts, cross-industry range, and the willingness to sit inside a client's team culture before writing a job description. That became the positioning: "Beyond Resumes, Building the Right Teams." From there the visual system followed: a globe-grid logo for the global reach, deep-green-and-lime for confidence without corporate blandness, an LH monogram pattern that could carry across print and screen, and a typographic voice that reads as precise rather than generic.
