Omega Trove partnered with H&Z Wholesale Inc., a verified U.S. distributor of brand-new consumer electronics, to shape a complete brand evolution from the ground up.

We built the brand’s core identity system — from logo and color palette to digital assets, website, and social direction — translating its promise of authenticity, speed, and trust into a scalable visual language.

The identity centers on H&Z’s operational spirit: “Real Gear. Real People. Real Fast.” — a confident mark, precision typography, and an assertive red-and-black system symbolizing verified motion and reliability.

From the website and packaging to fleet design, H&Z now stands as the B2B electronics distributor that connects verified technology with real human partnership — from Florida to the world.

H&Z Wholesale was already a serious operation when we started: a large B2B distributor of brand-new consumer electronics, moving Apple, Meta, ASUS, and other tier-one brands into resellers, marketplace sellers, and international buyers. What they didn't have was a digital presence that reflected any of that. No real website. No brand system. No public pricing surface. No way for a buyer to see live inventory. Everything ran through phone calls, WhatsApp threads, and the sales team's memory. That works up to a certain scale, and then it stops working: buyers can't self-serve, the sales team becomes the bottleneck for every inventory question, and vendor conversations get lost between chats. The owner wanted to keep the human relationships that made the business work and stop losing hours a day to lookups that shouldn't require a human at all.

How we approached the build

We scoped this as a two-year build from the beginning, because the real deliverable wasn't a website. The real deliverable was a working B2B operation with the website as one surface on top of it. We started by mapping how the business actually ran end-to-end: purchasing, receiving, storage, sales, invoicing, shipping, and the conversations wrapped around each step. Then we built the layer that ties those together: the identity system, the site, the backend, the ERP, and an automation stack that sits under all of it. Nothing was bolted on. The site knows what the ERP knows. The ERP knows what purchasing knows. Buyers see live stock and live prices because the underlying data is one system, not three copies of a spreadsheet.

Over two years we shipped the full brand identity, the public-facing site at hzwholesale.com, the buyer and seller intake forms that route directly into the ERP, live "Real Stock, Real Prices" inventory presentation, packaging, fleet design, and the operational backbone underneath. Buyers who used to phone the sales team for a price check now open the site, filter by brand, see what's actually in the warehouse, and submit a formal request without a single human touch. Vendors have their own intake surface. Internal staff work off the same source of truth the customers see. The automation layer connects purchase orders, incoming shipments, and payments to the people who need to know about them, and it does that on the channel the H&Z team already lives in: WhatsApp. That last piece is the signature build.

The distinctive piece here is Adaptive Intelligent, a role-aware WhatsApp AI we built to sit inside the H&Z operation. It's not a chatbot bolted onto customer support. It changes voice and behaviour based on who's in the room. To a customer group it speaks as a salesperson: quotes, availability, follow-ups. To a vendor group it acts as a buyer: purchase orders, arrival confirmations, payment status. To an internal group it acts as a teammate: notifies the crew when a container lands, when a payment clears, when a PO needs review. It's group-aware, knows who's in each thread, and cracks jokes when the moment calls for it. The result is that the WhatsApp channel the team already used became the actual operating system of the business.

By last year-end, H&Z's sales had jumped past $10M annually, driven largely by the fact that buyers can now self-serve inventory and prices without waiting on a human. The site plus the AI turned a distributor into what functions like a marketplace, without giving up the direct-relationship model that made the business work in the first place. Owner's words: his sales are crazy, increased. The engagement is ongoing; we continue to iterate the automation, extend the AI's capabilities, and layer on new revenue surfaces as the operation grows.
